Akustica is not defined by a particular style. We bring a rich mix of Pop, Soul, RnB, Folk, Country, Jazz & Rock styles to the table, with our own magical flair of course! Our sound is raw, real, warm, stripped back & one of a kind. As creatives we render each arrangement with passion, and emotion is integral to our sound… So, whether you are longing for a sentimental & captivating ceremony entrance as you take your first steps walking down the aisle, or a lively bop on the dance floor as you sip down that margarita – our music will build the energy moulding these important moments!

OUR PROCESS
We believe organisation and communication is key, in order to have a seamless & dreamy event! Here is a look into our simple booking process in which we are here to help and guide you every step of the way.

Talk to us! Reach out to us via email, phone or social media and let us know the details of your wedding or event.

We are the right fit! You are happy to go ahead with us as your live entertainment for your wedding or event. In order to lock in your chosen date we kindly request a 25% non refundable deposit to be paid.

As part of our booking process, once we have locked in your date we will send you a Booking Form to fill out and send back to us. By filling this out we will be provided with the details of your wedding or event in writing.

We have received your Booking Form, yet we still have a couple of questions… and so we like to have a meeting via phone call or zoom. We really love to get to know you before your special event and this also gives you the chance to get to know us! During this meeting we may interrogate you for all the nitty gritty details to ensure your event runs smoothly as possible.

We have just met you and can’t wait to be part of your special event! During this stage of the process we will send you a variety of helpful documents to get the ball rolling including:
Our Set List
Ceremony Song Guide (This is only applicable to wedding clients and will inform you of the type of song required for each part of the ceremony)
The ‘Not to Play / Avoid’ Song Lists (We understand there may be songs you really want or really don’t want performed at your event, and so we ask you to fill out these forms as it gives you the chance to inform us!)

Your wedding or event is just around the corner. We will contact you to ensure the following things are sent through:
Song Choices for Ceremony, First Dance & Father Daughter Dance (Only applicable to weddings)
Reception Run Sheet (Only applicable to weddings)

We are so close to the special day! A fortnight prior to your wedding or event, we will reach out via email to confirm all is good to go ahead and ensure all the details we have are correct (and that nothing has changed!) We will also request final 50% of invoice to be paid.
